Nina has an MSc in Computer Science. Prior to Kontur, she built up Wema Systems as a CTO, a company providing sensors to the worldwide Automotive industry, and sold it to TE Connectivity. Nina has a very strong track record in the telecom industry including management and executive positions from Siemens and ADVA Optical Networking. She was a key player building up ADVA both in Europe (through many acquisitions) and China (organically).

Martin has a MSc in Business specializing in Finance and Macroeconomic Analysis. Before joining Kontur, he worked in Wealth Management with focus on emerging- and developed markets. He worked as a Business Analyst in Kontur prior to the role as Interim CFO. Martin has experience from building performance culture as a professional football player in Norway’s top divisions.

Erik has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering. Before joining Kontur, he was a General Manager in OCAS A/S and in Vestas Radar Systems, a subsidiary of Vestas Wind Systems, the worlds largest manufacturer of wind turbines. Erik is an experienced leader of technology development companies, and have brought several products from idea to commercialised solutions.

Ståle has an MSc in Computer Science, BSc in Electronics. 6 years with 3D-Radar as Project Manager, Engineering Manager and CTO. 15 years in innovation management, with extensive experience in embedded systems, machine learning, and high-performance computing. Prior to Kontur, he was a Senior R&D Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Head of Research and development of porous media modelling and simulation technology.

Jacopo has an MSc in Engineering of Telecommunications specializing in numerical signal processing, remote sensing, and geophysical methods. He joined 3D-Radar in 2008, initially as Field Application Engineer. An established GPR expert, he’s authored and co-authored various scientific papers, articles and books on near-surface geophysics, with particular focus on step-frequency technology and array-based systems.

Inger Helene Moen, Operations Manager, has a MSc in Engineering of Telecommunications. She has a broad experience from the seismic industry and from electronics manufacturing. Inger Helene has held positions which includes key account management in Simpro, one of the leading EMS providers in Norway, and geophysical support specialist in Seabed Geosolution, a major player in the industry of ocean bottom seismic.
